Pontoon21 Bet-A Vib 48 Silent – silent vib 48 mm 5.6 g

Pontoon21 Bet-A Vib 48 Silent is a compact 48 mm, 5.6 g sinking vibration lure. The Silent version has no Nano Sound system, making it useful when predators are cautious or respond poorly to additional lure noise.

Bet-A Vib was designed for both spinning and vertical fishing. The resilient plastic finlet on the back is a characteristic feature of Pontoon21 vibration lures and contributes to the lure's vibration during horizontal and vertical presentations.

The 48 mm model is the smallest size in the Bet-A Vib series. Its compact body and 5.6 g weight make it particularly suitable for perch, while zander and pike can also be targeted successfully. The small profile is useful when predators are feeding on small baitfish or refusing larger lures.

When spinning, Bet-A Vib 48 Silent can be retrieved steadily, worked with jerks or fished with a stepped retrieve, periodically allowing it to touch the bottom. Its compact form allows anglers to explore the water column and vary retrieve speed, movement amplitude and pauses.

Considerable attention was given to vertical and winter fishing in the Bet-A Vib design. The lure maintains a horizontal position in the water and works in a controlled manner during vertical presentations. It stays relatively close to the vertical drop line, which is useful when fishing in confined areas around vegetation, snags and other obstacles.

In winter, a simple rhythmic up-and-down presentation can be effective, with lift amplitude and pause duration adjusted to fish activity. The Silent version is particularly interesting for passive and cautious predators when additional sound is unnecessary.

The manufacturer recommends approximately 3–6 m as a suitable working range for the Bet-A Vib series. As the lure is sinking, actual fishing depth depends on retrieve style, line, current and fishing method.

This is a highly versatile small vibration lure for open-water and winter fishing, particularly for perch, as well as zander and pike.

The version stocked by Triturus is specified with BKK treble hooks.
