Pontoon21 Bet-A Vib 54 Nano Sound – vibration lure 54 mm 8.5 g

Pontoon21 Bet-A Vib 54 Nano Sound is a compact 54 mm, 8.5 g sinking vibration lure designed for both spinning and vertical fishing. Its body retains the characteristic proportions of the Pontoon21 Bet-A family, while the resilient plastic finlet on the back is one of the distinctive features of Pontoon21 vibration lures.

The elastic dorsal finlet contributes to vibration during both horizontal and vertical presentations. It is made from sufficiently thick and resilient plastic to withstand deformation and regular fishing use.

Considerable attention was given to winter and vertical fishing when Bet-A Vib was developed. The lure maintains a horizontal position and works effectively at different water levels. During vertical presentation it stays relatively close to the vertical drop line, which can be useful when fishing around vegetation, snags and other underwater obstacles.

In winter, Bet-A Vib is particularly suitable for searching for active predators. A simple rhythmic up-and-down presentation with very short pauses can often be effective. Lift strength, amplitude and pause duration can be varied according to fish activity.

Bet-A Vib 54 Nano Sound is also highly suitable for spinning. Its compact and relatively heavy 54 mm body offers good casting performance and allows different parts of the water column to be explored efficiently. The manufacturer indicates approximately 3–6 m as the most appropriate working depth.

Different retrieves can be used for pike, zander and perch. The lure can be worked with jerks, periodically allowed to touch the bottom, or retrieved steadily. Varying the power and amplitude of the movements and the duration of pauses helps adapt the presentation to predator activity.

The Nano Sound version contains a special sound-emitting capsule and is identified by the NS designation. This adds an acoustic element that can help predators detect the lure.

The 54 mm size is highly versatile. Bet-A Vib 54 Nano Sound is excellent for perch and zander and can also be used successfully for pike. It is a versatile lure for both open-water and winter fishing.

HOOK NOTE: the original manufacturer description specifies Owner ST-36BC treble hooks. The Bet-A Vib 54 Nano Sound version stocked by Triturus uses BKK treble hooks, therefore BKK hooks are specified in this product description.
