Briscola FORZA BOLO

A series of rods with rings designed for Bolognese style fishing. These fishing rods are based on fly rod blanks from the series of the same name. The name itself suggests that this is a series of strong, powerful rods, designed for aggressive fishing for medium and large fish and for not too delicate handling.

Of course, this strengthening led to weight gain. However, the cutting of the whip with minimal taper provides the rods of this series with high rigidity and excellent action.

The Forza rod can be a good “step-in” to high-end gear for anglers who have not previously fished with carbon fiber rods, forgiving them some carelessness in handling to a greater extent than lighter gear.

In addition to classic Bolognese fishing, Forza is perfect wherever you need everyone’s favorite, folk “fishing rod with rings.” It can be irreplaceable where there are a lot of active medium-sized fish and where it is not customary to stand on ceremony with them when taking them into the landing net.

The rods are equipped with high-quality Fuji Alconite guides and a lightweight Fuji reel seat, which change the action and balance of the tackle to the very minimum extent.

For optimal load distribution over the blank, the rod is equipped with additional sliding unloading rings on the tip. Forza Bolognese rods are available in lengths of 4.0 and 5.0 m with a weight of up to 20 grams.
