  • Pontoon21 GreedyGuts 44F-MDR is a compact floating minnow designed primarily for trout and chub fishing. Its distinctive deep-bellied body and unusual center-of-gravity arrangement work together with MFB System II (Magnetic Force Balance) to create expressive action and easy lure control.

The 44 mm, 2.3 g F-MDR version runs at 0.8–1.0 m. This size and diving range suit small and medium-sized rivers, current seams, shallow runs and other places where trout or chub hold.

On a steady retrieve GreedyGuts produces active wobbling and rolling action. Twitching, short pulls and changes in pause length make the lure alter direction and move irregularly.

When the retrieve stops, the floating version begins to rise. This helps guide the lure above stones, vegetation and other obstacles and creates an additional triggering movement when the retrieve resumes.

MFB System II uses one moving balance ball and a magnet in the floating version. During casting the weight shifts toward the rear to improve flight stability, distance and accuracy. Once the retrieve begins, it returns to the working position and is stabilized by the magnetic system.
