Pontoon21 GreedyGuts 77F-SR – twitching minnow 77 mm 9 g

Pontoon21 GreedyGuts 77F-SR is an active and highly controllable minnow with a distinctive deep-bellied body. The enlarged belly houses MFB System II (Magnetic Force Balance), which contributes to both casting performance and lure action.

The 77 mm, 9 g F-SR version is floating and runs at 0.7–1.0 m. This shallow-running model is suitable for shallow areas, vegetation edges and other places where predators hold close to the surface.

On a steady retrieve GreedyGuts produces expressive wobbling and rolling action. Twitching, jerking and short rod pulls make it change direction and move irregularly, while adjustments to pull strength, frequency and pause length allow varied presentations.

When the retrieve stops, the floating version begins to rise. This helps guide the lure above obstacles and creates an additional triggering movement when the retrieve resumes.

MFB System II uses one moving balance ball and a magnet in the floating version. During casting the weight shifts toward the rear to improve flight stability and distance. Once the retrieve begins, it returns to the working position and is stabilized by the magnetic system.

The 77 mm body creates a natural prey profile. GreedyGuts 77F-SR is suitable for pike and zander, while in rivers it is also used for salmon and sea trout. It can be fished with steady retrieves, twitching, short pulls or active movements combined with pauses.
