Jackson Artist FR55 55 mm 4 g sinking trout minnow lure

Jackson Artist FR55 is a compact sinking trout minnow lure from the popular Jackson Artist series. It is a Made in Japan lure valued by trout anglers in France and Lithuania when a small but stable lure is needed for current. Its colors are designed for trout fishing and for imitating small river baitfish, giving the lure a natural look in both faster flow and calmer pools.
Main Features
Artist FR55 is a 55 mm, 4 g sinking lure. Thanks to its low center of gravity, it has a very stable swimming action even during fast retrieve and can be used in fast-flowing streams and rivers. Its action is a side-to-side roll, and when paused or falling it holds a natural horizontal position. This makes it suitable for lifelike presentations in both fast and still water.
Application
In Lithuania, Jackson Artist FR55 is often used for trout when a small lure must be cast farther and presented deeper in river pockets and pools. It can be sunk to the required layer and then guided through current, along the edge of a hole or behind stones. Natural colors that imitate river baitfish make it effective in clear water, and in summer this smaller wobbling minnow is also a successful option for asp.
