Pontoon21 Kalikana Vib 58 Silent is a 58 mm, 11 g sinking vibration lure. It is a versatile model for open-water spinning and vertical jigging from a boat or through the ice.
Its body resembles a small pelagic baitfish such as a bleak. The elastic plastic finlet on the back is a characteristic Pontoon21 Vib feature and contributes to vibration during both horizontal and vertical presentations.
Kalikana Vib works well at different retrieve speeds and is particularly effective for vertical jigging. When worked vertically, it glides to the side and covers a wider area beneath the angler. Lift amplitude and pause duration can be varied according to fish activity.
In open water, the lure can be fished with steady or stepped retrieves, lifted from the bottom and allowed to sink again. Its 11 g weight and compact 58 mm body provide good control at different depths.
The Silent version has no sound chamber. Its quiet presentation can be especially useful for cautious predators, heavily fished waters or situations where fish respond poorly to noisy lures.
The 58 mm size is highly versatile. Kalikana Vib 58 Silent is excellent for zander and perch and can also be used successfully for pike. It is suitable for rivers, lakes and reservoirs.
It is a versatile lure for different seasons and techniques, from open-water spinning to vertical fishing from a boat or through the ice.
