  • Megabass KONOSIRUS SHAD (F) is a large floating lure designed to imitate substantial prey and trigger big predators with its size and action. Its 150 mm, 72 g flat-sided body creates a powerful visual presence in the water.

    An ultra-low center of gravity and high-density weights generate sharp rolling action and intense flashing. The broad flat sides reflect light strongly as the lure rolls, creating a highly visible presentation.

    The specially designed bill reduces unnecessary surface area and retrieve resistance while maintaining the desired high-pitch swimming action. Despite its large body, KONOSIRUS SHAD remains relatively easy to retrieve.

    The lure is floating, with a manufacturer-stated maximum diving depth of approximately 1.6 m. This makes it suitable for presenting a large profile in the upper water layers.

    A triple moving-weight system provides outstanding casting performance. During the cast, three high-density weights shift toward the rear of the body, with more than 20 g of moving mass generating strong inertia and excellent distance.

    Once the retrieve begins, the weights return to their low-center-of-gravity swimming position, stabilizing the lure and producing sharp rolling and powerful flashing.

    Swivel hook eyes allow the hooks to rotate during the fight, reducing leverage during strong head shakes and helping to reduce hook-offs.
