Megabass ITO SHINER SSR floating minnow jerkbait for the upper water layer 115 mm 14 g

Megabass ITO SHINER SSR is the high-running version of the ITO SHINER. It is a 115 mm floating minnow jerkbait for fishing the upper water layer: just under the surface, over weed tops, above cover, along reeds or over deeper water when baitfish stay high.
The SSR reaches about 0.5–0.7 m at its deepest, but with a slower retrieve it can be kept only a few centimetres below the surface. This is useful whenever the lure needs to stay high and remain controllable where a deeper-running minnow would catch grass or cover.
The wide bill gives the lure an active rolling action and strong side flashes even in shallow water. On a slow retrieve, it moves calmly just below the surface; with short twitches, it kicks more sharply from side to side.
In Lithuanian waters and similar conditions, ITO SHINER SSR is mainly a pike lure for fish feeding in the upper water layer. That can mean a shallow bay, weed tops, a bank-side stretch or deeper water where baitfish are holding close to the surface.
The internal Triple Tungsten Weight Oscillate System helps cast the 115 mm lure more stable. During the cast, the weights shift toward the tail and return to the working position once the retrieve starts, so the lure begins its action quickly.
