  • Megabass Vision ONETEN SR is the shallow-running model of the legendary Vision ONETEN series. Vision ONETEN was created by Megabass founder Yuki Ito with the goal of building a minnow lure that would outperform the alternatives available at the time. That goal was achieved: the ONETEN name became a true jerkbait classic, and the SR version brings that action into shallower water.
    Main Features
    Vision ONETEN SR is a 110.5 mm, 14 g slow floating lure with a working depth of around 0.6–1.0 m. It is a classic minnow lure that works well for twitching, slower retrieve with pauses and situations where predators hold over vegetation, on shallow flats, along banks or higher in the water column.
    Balancing System
    The lure features a dual tungsten Low Mount Multiway Moving Balancer system. During the cast, the weights move toward the tail to improve casting distance and accuracy. As soon as the retrieve begins, the balancing weight returns to the front part of the lure. This keeps the moving weights from restricting action, while their cross-body movement adds vibration and liveliness.
    Action
    ONETEN SR starts working quickly and allows precise control of lure movement. When twitched, it darts widely from side to side, imitates a distressed baitfish and stays longer in the fish's strike zone. On a slower retrieve with pauses, the slow floating type helps present the lure naturally and keep it in the shallow layer.
    Application
    In Lithuanian conditions, Vision ONETEN SR is an excellent lure for pike, perch and zander when a shallow-running but very lively jerkbait is needed. It is worth using over vegetation, along weed edges, on shallow flats, in bays, near docks, banks and places where predators hunt higher in the water column. It supports many retrieve styles, from aggressive twitching to slow, provoking pauses.
