  • Pontoon21 Red Rag 36F-SR is a compact, highly active crankbait developed for river fishing and other situations where lure stability is essential. This 36 mm, 5.7 g floating model runs at 0.4–0.6 m and is designed primarily for chub. It is also effective for ide, asp, perch and pike.

    Red Rag features a short, rounded body and an extremely active, high-frequency action. One of its key strengths is stability. The lure maintains correct action even during fast retrieves and in strong current, making it particularly suitable for active river fishing.

    Inside the body is a balancing system adapted to this specific version. The position of the internal weight helps maintain correct balance in the water and contributes to good casting performance. Its movement also creates sound and additional vibration.

    The SR version runs at 0.4–0.6 m. This versatile depth is ideal for shallow river sections, current seams, riffles, banks and other areas where chub, ide and asp actively feed.

    Red Rag 36F-SR performs extremely well with a steady retrieve. Retrieve speed can be varied confidently because even fast presentation does not compromise the lure's action. This is particularly useful when targeting active fish in stronger current.
