Shimano Calcutta Conquest DC A 201 PG LH combines the classic round baitcasting reel design with advanced Shimano technology. The PG power gear version uses a lower 4.8:1 gear ratio to provide extra winding power and smooth control with high-resistance lures.
I-DC5 digital braking. The system provides 15 levels of spool braking adjustment. This makes it easier to control spool rotation, reduce backlash and achieve longer, more accurate casts, including in wind or with lures that have higher air resistance.
Smooth and controlled performance. The low-inertia MGL Spool IV supports fast spool startup and stable rotation during the cast. Super Free Spool and S3D reduce friction and vibration, while MicroModule gearing provides smooth and quiet line retrieve.
Strength and control. The HAGANE body provides a rigid construction, InfinityDrive reduces winding resistance under load, and Cross Carbon Drag delivers smooth and reliable drag performance. Exciting Drag Sound provides audible feedback when a fish takes line.
