SHIMANO SOARE BB is a spinning reel designed for light fishing and originally developed for light rock fishing. It is also suitable for street fishing, drop shot and trout area fishing.

The compact C2000SSPG body is made from Ci4+ composite, making the reel lightweight (185 g) and well balanced. The 4.6:1 gear ratio (approx. 62 cm per turn) allows slow and precise lure control.

HAGANE Gear, Micromodule II and X-Ship ensure smooth and stable performance. The Ci4+ rotor reduces inertia and improves sensitivity.

The shallow spool is designed for ultra-fine braided lines (approx. 0.12 mm – 155 m). Even line lay reduces line digging. Long Stroke Spool and AR-C spool improve casting performance.
