The long ribbed body and active tail create clear vibrations, while the proportions match the size and profile of the natural forage fish forming the main food source of predators. The 6.0'' size is excellent for pelagic fishing with live sonar, where a visible and predator-triggering lure is needed.

The MFB (Magnetic Force Balance) system provides long and accurate casting. CrackJack 78SP-SR is particularly effective in faster shallow sections of rivers where the current increases but the water remains relatively shallow.

Pontoon21 Cablista 125SP-SMR is a 125 mm, 19.9 g suspending minnow running at 1.6–2.0 m.
